A Quick Guide to On-Mountain Dining at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Find the best places to eat while skiing the Tetons.

With 2,500 acres of in-bounds terrain, a 4,139' vertical rise, and seemingly endless backcountry access, it is easy to work up an appetite at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.  Whether you are looking for an award-winning, gourmet lunch or a quick ski-in, ski-out bite to eat, the following guide to on-mountain dining will help you navigate your way to the perfect meal. Non-skiers can enjoy dining at altitude at many on-mountain spots with a sightseeting ticket for gondola access.

At The Top

Corbet's Cabin
At the top of Rendezvous Mountain, you will find dramatic 360-degree views of jagged mountain peaks and the valley below, unparalleled access to backcountry skiing, and the best waffles west of the Mississippi.  In an unassuming, quaint cabin just to the side of the tram dock, indulge in freshly made, "top of the world" waffles served hot with brown sugar butter, Nutella or fruit toppings.  Drop by before dropping into Corbet's Couloir!  Open daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Rendezvous Lodge
At the top of Bridger Gondola, Rendezvous Lodge offers station-style dining with options ranging from Asian noodle bowls to wraps, burgers, soup, and an Idaho baked potatoe bar with your choice of toppings.  Rendezvous Lodge also now offers a full service bar and dramatic scenic views of the summit and Corbet's Couloir.  Grab a floor-to-ceiling window seat to watch skiers descend the headwall. Open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The bar remains open until 3:30 p.m.

Piste Mountain Bistro & Off-Piste Market
This new restaurant is located off the 9,095-fooot summit of the Bridger gondola and serves locally-sourced fare for lunch and dinner with floor-to-ceiling views of the entire valley. Warm up with warm cheddar biscutis and fennel seed honey butter and try a burger or salad from the lunch menu. The dinner fare includes savory and creatively plated entrees like the shortribs, steak, duck, and more. The bar and restaurant are open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and for dinner starting at 5:30 p.m. For quick eats, the Off-Piste Market has gourmet grab-and-go items, espresso, beer, and wine plus ski essentials too.

Casper Restaurant
Come for the cold beer and soft pretzels; stay for the raging fire and sunny picnic tables.  This cozy, mid-mountain restaurant is located at the base of the Casper chairlift. The bar serves a variety of comfort food, such as overstuffed burritos and tasty burgers.  Open in the winter from 9:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m with hot food available from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Café 6311
