Mission Statement
The mission of the Jackson Hole Resort Association is to provide potential visitors with the opportunity to respond to promotional efforts, inquire about the area, and ultimately make reservations for visitation to Teton County. We intend to exceed the expectations of our customers, as well as all other business partners, in service, accuracy, fairness, and courtesy.

Charley
Jackson Hole Vacation Expert
After seeing the Teton Mountain Range as a child, Charley fell in love and vowed to live near them some day. Years later, with snowboards in tow, she made the move and never looked back. Charley is passionate about nature and wildlife. You’ll often find her in the Grand Teton National Park hiking and camping, or attached to her snowboard on the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Mel
Jackson Hole Vacation Specialist
Mel Best is a longtime Jackson Hole resident, avid outdoorsy lady, and former school counselor. When she is not playing in the mountains, she is thinking about her next trip into the mountains or a trip outside of Jackson. Born originally in Chicago, she moved overseas to Asia at age nine and graduated high school over there.
After a short stint in California and Chicago for college and grad school, she landed back in Jackson full time at age 23. Jackson Hole has been her constant since the age of 4, it is what she considers "home."
Sharon
Jackson Hole Vacation Specialist
Originally from the Midwest, Sharon has lived and worked in multiple locations throughout the east coast and the south prior to relocating to western Wyoming. Sharon, with her husband, a fifth generation Wyomingite, and their five children enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including skiing, snowshoeing, boating and hiking.
While working at Jackson Hole Central Reservations, Sharon enjoys planning adventurous family vacations that can satisfy a wide range of budgets, interests and age appropriate activities. She has been planning family vacations to Wyoming for over 25 years.
