Climb the King kicks off this Saturday, May 31st at the base of Snow King from 9am - noon. Registration includes free bagels, coffee and fruit. Join many others as they take off up the mountain to support a great cause.
Climb the King is an annual summer-long fundraiser of the Jackson Hole Community Counseling Center. The event's purpose is two-fold:
1) to raise funds to help JHCCC pay for its new facility;
2) to promote and celebrate mental wellness in Teton County.
Throughout the summer, participants hike, run or bike to the top of Snow King and collect pledges for each summit. Participation is free, although each climber is encouraged to raise $50 or more in pledges.
This Year's Goal: 500 climbers and 5,000 summits
Help promote your own mental wellness by becoming a Climb the King hiker, runner or cyclist. Get fit, relieve stress, and participate in a fun, community building event!
