The Snake River is one of Jackson's most beautiful landmarks and most popular summer recreation areas. As we gear up for a rowdy whitewater season and late summer full of scenic floats and wildlife viewing from the water, it's time to once again celebrate the 40th anniversity of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act and the 10th anniversary of the Snake River Fund. This year's summit will highlight the magic of rivers with many exciting presentations throughout the day and whitewater films during the evening. Day-time events run from 9-5 and evening events from 6:30 - 9:30, both at the Jackson Campus of the Teton Science Shools.
